About Ardell

Seven Years Under The Bar — And In Your Corner

With seven years of experience as a personal trainer, I specialize in powerlifting — and I have a real passion for coaching athletes to reach their fullest potential. As a competitive lifter myself, I hold multiple state records and have guided athletes to their own state and national records.

I'm certified in Corrective Exercise, Pain-Free Performance, US Olympic Lifting, and Barbell Rehab Method — because strength should be built on safe, sound movement first.
